Welcome to TTManager! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://ttmanager.net, its subdomains, and the tournament operating software provided by Zenworks ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using TTManager, creating a club workspace, or participating in tournaments hosted on our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.

1. Description of Service

TTManager provides a cloud-based tournament operating system for table tennis associations, schools, and clubs. Features include auto-bracket generation, live umpire scoring, Gantt chart scheduling, global Elo rating tracking, and broadcast display widgets.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Club Administrators: Organizers registering a club workspace are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their domain.
• Umpires & Officials: Umpires assigned access PINs must enter scores truthfully and accurately during active matches.
• Accuracy of Information: Account owners must provide accurate and complete registration details. Providing fraudulent club or personal information may result in immediate workspace termination.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TTManager to:

• Submit false or manipulated match scores, player rosters, or tournament results.
• Upload abusive, defamatory, explicit, or unauthorized media to public tournament photo galleries.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or rate-limiting engines of our Cloudflare and Firebase services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary tournament engines.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Trial Accounts

TTManager offers community trial accounts and paid subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly Pro). Terms regarding billing include:

• Community Trials: Free community accounts are limited in quantity and duration as specified during registration.
• Paid Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel or modify your plan by contacting customer support prior to your next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

The TTManager software, algorithms (including ITTF tie-breaking logic, Gantt schedule engines, and ranking calculators), branding, logos, and UI designs are the exclusive property of Zenworks. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to our software or trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TTManager is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and seamless real-time syncing, Zenworks makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding network availability, data loss due to internet disruptions at sports venues, or suitability for specific competitive events.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zenworks, its directors, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
